For these price drops to be significant, you need to look at price drops over the last few years.
Do you not think it's a standard marking tool, to put a house on for over the odds to see what interest there is - and if there's none - then you drop the price a bit?
I have read many posts regarding price hikes in Real Estate Properties but this is the first post I have read about price drops. This is bit confusing to me. I need to do further study about this.
