Was on originally at 980k, then dropped to 950k, now at 920k.
Still a ridiculous price for a 4 bed semi in Stillorgan of 1200 square feet!
all of these seem to be on the high higher side of the market so can you show some evidence this is across all levels or is it just scaremongering? there are always price ups and downs in property. how many have gone up in the same time period? you can show figures to prove anything if you only show half the facts.

There are examples from 260k up. Granted a lot are on the higher side and history has shown than crashes start at the top and drops there are a lot more noticeable. We don't have much visibilty to price movements in this country and examples are hard to find (by Google caches). Why don't you start looking for price movements yourself.
