Would it be a good idea to try to track other job sites numbers too, as a single site could just reflect the trend of useing or not using that site. Maybe a few auctioneers and myhome?

I definitely believe there is a major increase in people wanting to sell up before the crash, but it is important to also note thatthere are seasonal trends in house sales and it is the start or early stage in the busy months now, so an increase in units for sale is likely no matter what is happening in the market overall.

Maybe get 12 months of data for the last 2 years? That should keep you busy for a while :-)

PS. Love the blog. An excellent resource.

Hi Andym,

Myhome does not list totals and any auctioneers sites that I come across tend to only have 100 max properties listed.

Cheers.
