Automated Price Drops!

Woohoooo.... an automated price drop site has been developed: www.irishpropertywatch.com/
This was created by Soma from the PropertyPin. It's early days yet - first report posted today, so there will be some teething problems. The report will be run weekly.
Initial findings: 284 price drops between 2 snapshots of MyHome and Daft 4 days apart! The highest at 35.56%!

Timing could not have been better, since I have had not much time (or been arsed) to update this blog recently. I have not decided whether to close this site, although it does feel a little redundant now. Feel free to continue adding your comments

Between www.irishpropertywatch.com and www.thepropertypin.com/forum you have plenty of evidence of price drops. The pin lads have gone into hyperdrive in the last few weeks posting drops.
